Service Agreement

Parties: This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Play Patrol Company, LLC d/b/a Play Patrol Academy (“Provider,” “we,” “our”) and the subscribing individual, family, educator, or institution (“Subscriber,” “you,” “your”).

1. Services Provided

Play Patrol Academy provides digital access to educational content, including but not limited to videos, lesson plans, activity guides, and teaching resources (the “Services”). Access is provided through our subscription-based website platform.

2. Membership & Access

Plans Available: Membership may be purchased on a monthly, annual, or school district license basis.
Account Access: Individual memberships are for personal/family use. School or district licenses cover the agreed number of educators and/or students.
Login Credentials: Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Sharing credentials outside of the permitted license is prohibited.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted Payments: Payments are accepted by credit card or other digital payment methods as listed on the website. Checks are not accepted.
Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.
District Licensing: School district licenses are invoiced annually and payable by credit card or approved electronic transfer.
Non-Payment: Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Fees & Changes

Rates: Subscription rates are posted on the Play Patrol Academy website at the time of enrollment.
Price Changes: Provider reserves the right to adjust membership rates with [30 days’] notice. Adjusted rates will apply at the next renewal period.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly Plans: May be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Annual Plans: May be canceled prior to renewal. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of an annual subscription.
School District Licenses: May be canceled at the end of the license term. Refunds or prorated credits are not provided.
Trial Periods: If offered, cancellations must be made before the end of the trial period to avoid charges.

6. Subscriber Responsibilities

Use Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement.
Do not reproduce, distribute, share, or publicly display content except as expressly permitted by the license type.
Report any unauthorized access or misuse of your account immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Play Patrol Academy is and shall remain the intellectual property of Play Patrol Company, LLC. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for educational purposes in accordance with their membership type. Commercial resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

By Subscriber: You may terminate your membership at any time in accordance with Section 5.
By Provider: We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of this Agreement, or misuse of Services.
Effect of Termination: Access to content will cease immediately upon termination. No refunds will be issued for unused time except where required by law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Maximum liability of Provider shall not exceed the total fees paid by Subscriber in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in [County, State], except where prohibited by law.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our posted Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
